Return Procedure

All returns must be authorized by eKitron.com, with a valid R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Upon our review, we will issue a R.M.A. #. The numbers are valid for 15 days after the date of issue and the customer is responsible for returning the merchandise within that period. Please mark the return package with this number, and send it back to:

Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping costs are non-refundable on all items.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on returning back to eKitron.com. eKitron.com recommends using a reputable shipping carrier that is capable for proof of delivery and fully insuring your return shipments.

If a product is found to be (D.O.A.) Dead on Arrival, customer must contact eKitron.com within 5 business days. We will only ship out replacements when we receive the original item back or cross-shipment with credit card authorization for the item's full price. eKitron.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects, therefore the customer must pay for shipping back any product. We will ship packages back to customers at no cost on defective replacement items via UPS Ground or equivalent. We will charge the difference on all shipping upgrades. eKitron.com will use every good measure to ensure that you will get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

Terms and Condition of Sale

If an electric appliance is defective withinthe warranty period, the first place to look for help is is the manufacturer. Please visit our manufacturer link page for reference. Most of our electric appliances are subject to a manufacturer's warranty and we are prepared to help you obtain warranty service in the unlikely event you run into any difficulties. In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone.

All products that are in their original packaging conditions can be returned or exchanged within 15 days, starting on the date of shipment's arrival. You are entitled to 100% refund of goods purchased if eKitron.com is at fault for the return. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee applies. To obtain proper refund/exchange, the return product must contain all manuals, blank registration cards, accessories, and packaging materials as in the original packaging. The equipment must not be damaged in any way. eKitron.com will NOT accept any incomplete returns. All opened box retail packaged products as well as used products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

All returned products claimed defective will be inspected for verification. If found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at their own expense and may charge a diagnostic fee. Neglect, abuse/misuse, and physical damage voids any kind of after-service and no refund or credit will be given.

Refunds is issued by credit card or company check at eKitron.com's discretion. Please note that refunds on returns are given when only when the merchandise shipped back is received and found to be in acceptable condition.

Order Cancellation

eKitron.com processes orders automatically after they are received. Therefore, if a customer wants to cancel an order, it is recommended that the customer contact us as soon as possible. All cancelled orders by the customers will carry a 10% cancellation fee. Orders already processed and shipped cannot be cancelled and customers will be responsible for payment.

All refused shipments will be subject to shipping and handling charges and 20% restocking fee.
