functional and good presentation

As a potter, funtionality is important to me. As someone who like good food and enjoys the ceremony, the cast iron pots make for good presentation. We had purchased four of the 7" pots recently. So far, chili and and seafood chowder have been served in them. I think the next dish will be black beans and rice with a spicy chorizo sausage. My daughter is ordering some for her mother, and let me know that they would be a nice X-mas gift for her. Anyway, I'm happy with them. Also, they go well with hand thrown pottery. Jud
