How long will it take to get my order?

For orders shipped via ground service, please allow up to 7-10 business days*.

*Note: A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. All shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year. (i.e. Christmas time, when shipping volumes are high) All orders are shipped from Anaheim, California.

International Orders

We are currently not set up to accept international orders outside continental US and Canada. Please check back soon as we plan to offer this service shortly. Until such time, you may place such orders at 180snacks.com

Ship-to Address:
A full ship-to address is required.
As we ship via UPS, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes--you MUST have a non-P.O. Box street address to receive your order.

Failed Delivery

If three delivery attempts have been made or 30 days elapses from the first attempt, then product is automatically returned to Sequel. If this occurs Sequel will provide you with a full refund on your order except for shipping fees. If at this time you wish for redelivery, you may reorder product from the Sequel website and pay shipping again.

Will all of my items be shipped together?

We ship all items together at one time. If any items are out of stock we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to you.

* Note: We do not retain any of your credit card information. Should you need to modify or cancel your order we will require credit card information at that time.
